Principal Talent and Organizational Development Consultant - Hybrid
The Principal Talent and Organizational Development Consultant is part of the Talent Team, with accountability to lead and manage the development of long-term strategies and plans that will create the best place to work and practice, and our commitment to caregivers (Purpose, Belonging, Caring and Growth). This position will be accountable for partnering with key stakeholders within and beyond HR to bring together data, insights and perspectives that shape the direction for specific systemic initiatives that will improve organizational outcomes, culture, structures, and affordability. These include initiatives that will shape the future workforce (roles, structures) to meet expected business priorities as healthcare continues to evolve, how we attract and retain the biggest hearts and brightest minds, and how we stay on the leading edge as an organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Organizational Design, Industrial Psychology, Business, or other equivalent area of study Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years Workforce strategy experience and/or Organizational Development experience.
- 5 years Organizational Design experience.
- 5 years Demonstrated business management experience.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, organization and development.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
